    The best picture in the pixel archive (1696Kb) is from Terror.   Deemon made two very good traces which can be downloaded in the trace archive (1260Kb).

    The archives for Birdie '99 are available.   Unfortunately the results were lost in a freak hardware/software accident at the party.   If you still have restults for this party could you please mail them to us?
    The picture by Flood in the pixel compo (591Kb) is a must see. The overall quality of the trace pictures (1297Kb) is higher than the pixelled ones.   You will find traces with nice atmosphere by for example Forge, Olsson & Thy Pyroo.
    btw, did you know that the gfxzone now has over 100 million bytes worth of archived party galleries? Check it out here , maybe we have some archives that are missing in your collection!!

    Today the gfxzone spotlight is on the Arf!Party '99. 4 new archives.
    The best pictures in the 24bit archive (1821Kb) are from Flan, Nytrik & X-man.   You definately want to download the pixel archive (631Kb) because it has cool pictures by your heroes, Made & X-man.   Although the quality is not as high as we hoped for, you will find good traces in the trace archive (379Kb).   The fast compo (850Kb) on this party has some really nice entries as well. We suspect one of these is from Made, but we are not 100% sure. Please contact us if you have the proof we are looking for!!

    4 new archives for AntIQ '99 are now online.
    The trace archive (1018Kb) has some extremely nice pictures by the likes of Narn, Orome & Warpig.   Warpig is also responsible for the winner picture in the 24bit archive (875Kb).   In the pixel archive (631Kb) you will find 4 pictures by Blackhand and 3 by Immortal rat, this was the 'who-enters-more-pictures' compo :).   Curious people can download the photo archive (2936Kb) to see what they have missed.

    Hugi#16 is out! And they are in need of graphicians!
    "We have enough title pictures for Hugi #17 and Hugi #18 but none for later issues yet. Also, we need more main/background pictures." Hugi needs a title picture, a background picture and a closing picture. The title and the closing pictures must have the resolution 640*480 with 256 colours. No restrictions.

    The trace gallery (1915Kb) contains highquality pictures by the likes of Ashnakan, Narn, Orion, Rainfall & Skin. The average quality of the pixel pictures (1201Kb) is not equally high but when you check them out you can see the progress some of the creators are making. I especially like the picture by Unreal (original by Royo!).
